Great! Looking forward to that. It will be open until New Years, upon which I will draw the name of some lucky winner!!! :D Yeah, we need to do more together. No more of this...well, I SAW you.... LOL!!! :D
DeleteO.o Yay!! international!! So is it by random choice or amount of points earned or what? I think I cover 1 to 3. And tell you my favourite book? Um...The Hunger Games! I love it because it has serious style, voice and the best characters, not to mention an awesome plot with surprises that kept me on my toes. All round favourite. We'll share the link tomorrow (that's the plan anyway). ;) I want to winnnnnnnn so bad!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThus I blogged about it:

And one reason you should pick me (ha! I'll give you more then one): I'm nice (sometimes), I think you're awesome (is that considered sucking up?) and I like Breem (that's definitely NOT sucking up). Mm? How am I going?
Awesome, Cait!!! You now have all five possible names in the drawing!!! {Happy dance? :D} Next time I post about it, I will specify that you get one slip per qualification you meet {for anyone who really doesn't want to go to another post or something. Being a member though will be required...lol. I know, I'm mean.} And also that it will end New Years Day!
DeleteAeeeeiiiiiii!
ReplyDeleteI have commented on several posts in recent memory (I hope) so I'll just chip right in here:
I have a lot of favourite books, but I think a really defining one for me has to be "The Return of the King", by J.R.R. Tolkien. The Lord of the Rings series was the one that gave me the love for fantasy, and really inspired me to be the writer I am today - I also blame him for my worldbuilding obsession. To this day, I think I know the Fellowship better than I know some people in day to day life. The prose is also gorgeous; sweeping and epic and fantastic. I choose RotK of the three because the culmination of the story was absolutely epic - the final battles, the characters' last transformations and epic efforts for success. And the appendices were the first thing that ever made me sob over a book.
Much Christmas love to you, dearie!
Haha!!! Oooohhhh!!!! YOU READ THE APPENDICES too!!!! Hurrah! I read them all and LOVED them. And I thought I was the only human on earth who had! That is AWESOME! And an awesome book too!
DeleteMerry Christmas to you too!!! Thank you! {You make me smile. I like you. :D}
International? I second Cait! :) Oh, favourite book... that's hard. Um... um... I adored the Hunger Games. But that's a trilogy and not a book. Cinder by Marissa Meyer. That one was GREAT. It was really funny, and though predictable, it kept me glued until the pages ended and I died because the next one isn't yet released. :) So far I've now met 1, 2, and 4. :) This is exciting! I love giveaways!
ReplyDeleteOooh, I'll need to check that book out! Thanks! And you've met 5 with Cait! And I KNOW you have commented somewhere else on this blog... So you have all the slips in the drawing!!!!!! Can't wait to see who get's this!
